Here we are. We have a site and we have a purpose (well, we are still working on it)…

We know one thing, we are here to show you how to take better pictures. If you can relate to any of the following experiences, we want to help…

How frustrating is it to miss the perfect photo waiting on your camera to actually take the picture after you pressed the button?

How many fuzzy pictures or your kids have you tossed out?

How many times have you been excited to pick up your prints, only to find someone’s head cut off?

How many times have you asked for help on ANY of these problems only to walk away frustrated because you couldn’t understand what that camera/photo lab geek was trying to explain?

Well, that last problem is exactly why we think you need this site. We want to form a community where people can come and ask questions without feeling intimidated. We want to give you options, you can learn all of the little details about photography, or you can quickly access the information you are looking for to take that perfect portrait of your child, without the techie mumbo-jumbo. It’s up to you…

Maybe your camera does suck or maybe you just don’t understand how to make it perform better. You owe it to your budget to learn how you might make it better. If it is a lost cause, we’ll help you translate those technical details so you pick the right camera for you and your family. Maybe you are ready for a digital SLR (DSLR), we’ll help you decide when that is the right choice as well.

Sounds like a lot, right? We hope so. It should be interesting, so visit often, contribute, comment and let’s spread the knowledge…
